My Life in a Cartoon Strip

At least that sums up my life in academia right now.  However, I do ask that you guys pray for me (or send good vibes my way), because I've applied to several jobs teaching college for next fall in Iowa, Virginia, and South Carolina.  Hopefully, I'll get a few more submitted.  So far I haven't heard from any of the jobs I've applied for this year, but I'm still hoping.  I'm not sure my sanity (what very little is left of it) can survive another year of teaching high school.
By the way, just for some eye candy, if you have not seen this hot math professor from England, then it's time that you did.  He happens to be a model, as well as holds a PhD in mechanical engineering.  Here's one of his modeling pictures.

Best of luck with your submissions, Joe. I'm glad you haven't stopped trying to get another teaching job outside of Alabama. Keep us informed. Thanks.
As for the photo—brains & beauty...yum! Love a hot guy wearing glasses! :)

Hoping you find a great position doing something you enjoy and in a place where you can be joyous, happy and free.

Hope you job quest goes well! Teaching college is great, at least no parent/teacher/student meetings concerning spoiled brats.

The math genius/model shows how unfair life is, that some of us have everything, while most of us have very little!

Here I have been in London for a week, leaving tomorrow, and never did I run into this professor~~~ Oh, well, let me see if I can return for a study abroad session!!! Did see the real, authentic Magna Carta in an exhibition at the British Library...Amazing assembly of many historical items...

If I'm anywhere within commuting distance in Virginia, you've got a cheap place to live right here. You know it!

Oh crap! The boy and I will have to clean the house! And find a new home for the stuff piled up in your bedroom (no worries, he sleeps on the couch).

I hope you find something soon!

Peace <3
