Moment of Zen: Getting Lost...

...in another world, as only books can take you.  Whether it is a great classic, a trashy summer read, a bestselling thriller, fiction/non-fiction, it doesn't matter.  A well-written book can transport us to another world, one that lives in the imagination of the writer and reader or one that is a past gone by (I had to throw in the last one as a historian, LOL).

  1. I agree wholeheartedly, Joe, and almost never am I not in the middle of at least one book, and seldom do I read two of the same type in a row!

  2. Me too, Jay. I always have a book handy, even when I don't really have time to read much. I also generally have a backup, just in case I finish one and want to start another. I'm such a nerd, LOL.
