    He is Will Matthews playing for Gloucester football team in England.

    So now we know where to go to play with HIM..

    Thanks, JiEL. I thought this might be from Dieux du Stade, but it looked more like an American football than a rugby ball in this picture. I love rugby too, and Will Matthews makes a nice moment of zen.
