After I had read the caption, I couldn't stop laughing. I try to avoid Walmart as much as possible, but where I live, it's Walmart or Dollar General, unless you go to a bigger city.

ReplyDeleteI loved Walmart when I over in Illinois, so big, so full of all sorts of things.
The imagined story strikes me as the product of a racist mind. The caller speaks perfect standard English while the employee says "Dis be," and "What you want."

What a trip to live near somewhere with only a WalMart or Dollar General. Hard for this Cali boy to imagine.

ReplyDeleteto naturgesetz This is NOT racist at all, but 100% accurate. Live in the south and you will hear this type language every day. The king's English is murdered in every location, including Walmart. Sorry to disappoint you but it is real life.
