I didn't feel like writing anything today. Maybe this afternoon or tomorrow, I'll put an update. Waking up because of an excruciating headache at 5 am doesn't help much either, and I'd just told someone the other day that with my new headache treatment regimen, I had not been being woken by headaches.
Joe, this is not a surprise. With your rollercoastering emotions yesterday, I'm glad you were able to sleep at all. Please take care; today is a new day.
ReplyDeleteSleep in!!!
ReplyDelete"Sleep that knits up the ravelled sleave of care,
ReplyDeleteThe death of each day's life, sore labour's bath,
Balm of hurt minds, great nature's second course,
Chief nourisher in life's feast."
Macbeth Act II, Scene 2
But may your sleep be truly healing!
Hope you feel better soon, buddy!
ReplyDeleteApparently I've been dealing with obstructive sleep apnea for years. Occasionally I'd wake up with headaches, like an axe through the forehead. Mostly though, it was always, and I mean always being tired. I'm all C-PAP'ed up now, and while the headaches are gone (at least for the 7 weeks I've been using it), there are still bad nights, which mean bad days.
ReplyDeleteI have to think that this crazy existence of job hunting must have had something to do with it. Hope you feel better soon!
Peace <3
