While it's the end of a long journey, it's the beginning of a new chapter in my life.

  4. So happy that you made it sound and safe....

Now, a bran new book of your life is to begin....

You must leave behind the bad in your old life and open freely the first white page of your new life and start it with Hope and Faith.

God has blessed you so far.....

I'm eager to hear from you and your new life in Vermont

  5. Write a great first chapter and follow it with many more. We know you will do just that and we know you are glad to have arrived at the end of the trip and the beginning of the new book!

  7. Years ago I encountered this:

We shall not cease from exploration, and the end of all our exploring will be to arrive where we started and know the place for the first time.T.S.Eliot

    I can cope with that!

  8. Hello Joe,

I accidentally found your blog thru another guy I follow... (bosguy). I started reading your most recent entries at 9:00 A.M. this Sunday morning and now it is well past 1:00 P.M. I guess you could say that your life intrigued me so much that I "couldn't put the book down".
Needless to say, I am now another of your many followers.
I have always enjoyed an adventure story and your's is right up there among the best. I can't wait to see how the new job goes and how your life will be now that you've chosen Vermont. And what happened to the "boy friend"?
My name is Lenny and I live in Denver, CO with my partner Jim of (18) yrs. I am a technical services manager for a German Vacuum cleaner company... the one and only in the whole US of A. I used to work at the Denver Art Museum until they ran out of money to keep the salaried people and gave us the boot.
Well, I'm sure you have lots of other stuff to do now that you're settled in, so I won't keep you, but know that you have lots of support from us out here in internet land. I will post comments as I go. Thanks for making my Sunday interesting. Huggs. Lenny from Denver.
