Early To Bed

"Early to bed and early to rise, makes a man healthy, wealthy, and wise," or so said Benjamin Franklin. I went to bed super early last night, but not sure I woke up this morning healthier, wealthier, or wiser. It just means that I went to bed early last night and forgot to write a post for today.

  1. Joe, my thought on the subject is this: if you were able to get a good night's sleep, you're one step ahead for whatever the day has in store. As for the rest of Ben's saying, that has a better chance of happening too when you are bright-eyed and bushy-tailed. :-)

  2. Sleep is the food for the soul...or one food at least...nice young men such as in your photo (and hopefully in your bed!) are another source of nourishment!!! Rest is a good thing.....

  3. Don't apologise for not posting.

You can go as you feel and at your own pace.

Knowing you've been on a long trip and sleeping not in your bed all that time makes it understandable that you were tired.

Enjoy those moments of peace and sleep. Could imagine it would be more «restful» IF you had that cuty by your side: maybe not after all...
