The last few days I have been so drowsy. It’s been hard to wake up and easy to fall asleep. I feel like I’ve gotten a good night’s sleep, and I even went to bed early last night. I don’t know what it is, but it’s a miserable feeling.

Joe, some years ago I was seriously overweight which mean a lack of energy and drowsiness. To avoid a host of future problems such as type two diabetes I took a radical remedy. I started walking one hour each day (it was in the early Spring) and continued to do so for about six months into the Fall. At the start it was pure hell, with utter exhaustion and distress, but over time my body firmed up and energy returned (especially after I added frequent swimming to walking). Everyone was amazed by the transformation, especially since I had slimmed down without producing the bags of flesh that over rapid dieting brings. I know that you can't follow this remedy in view of your job, but at the weekends? Roderick
