    Jos , l Ascension n est pas chômée aux USA et la fête est reportée au dimanche suivant .
    En France c est l Épiphanie qui est reportée au dimanche suivant .

    Actually, it varies. In New England, New York, Pennsylvania, and Nebrasks, Ascension is still celebrated on the Thursday. In the rest of the country it is transferred to the followwing Sunday.
