ReplyDeleteDan, the trees in the higher elevations are turning here, but we are still a week or so away from the peak season. Vermont is it's most beautiful in fall.
ReplyDeleteNo changes yet of the colors of trees here in Montéal.
ReplyDeleteThe peek will occure in two or three weeks depending of what kind of trees there is around.
Usually mid October is beautiful in the Laurentians and Eastern Townships near to Vermont.
Many ski mountain are making their chairlifts working to go up those mountains and have a nice landscape view.
I apologize for being the discordant note but in the fall I sink into a dark depressive pit.
ReplyDeleteThere are years in which the only reason is that autumn comes. Unfortunately for me, in this specific case, autumn has been putting its immense high mountain boot on my head for more than 365 days to prevent me from getting out of the well...
