      My current director has been there a year, and not only has she not me my expectations or hopes for a director, she has failed miserably in every way that I hoped she would be better.

      Incompetent and spiteful managers are the worst.
      Your manager seems to be spiteful because you’re a better and more conscientious worker than she is.
