ReplyDeleteHowever, I suggest you boycott the last letter of the alphabet which symbolizes Russia's victory over Ukraine. Let's do like the meveilleux and the meveilleuses in France: let's no longer pronounce it, let's no longer write it.
On the other hand , there is no need to boycott poutine : it is a Quebec dish .
Merci de ne pas boycotter notre met presque national de la poutine. Oui, LA poutine est au féminin donc rien à voir avec ce MOSTRE russe, que dire, RUSTRE et brute.

ReplyDeleteLa naissance de la «poutine» demeure un enjeu entre quelques villes ou restaurants au Québec.
Principalement c'est un bol de frites avec du fromage en grain (chédard doux) dessus et on arrose le tout d'une sauce BBQ qui est là le secret de plusieurs chefs.
Chaque restaurant a SA recette de sauce ce qui donne un goût particulier.
Il y a quelques années j'ai mangé une poutine au canard éffiloché qui était divin.
À la poutine traditionnelle ils y avaient ajouté du canard effiloché du célèbre canard du lac Brome, une institution ici..
