I am reposting to correct a typo: Reminds me of my own black cat. I bought him from my grandmother's neighbors for a nickel when he was a kitten and named him Black Magic. Years later, when I became a priest, my mother began calling him the Priest Cat because the white patch under his chin made it look like he was wearing a Roman collar. A lovely Priest Cat -- he practiced a most monastic silence. For years we thought he was mute and he never vocalized much. But a loving cat and I mourned his passing.
