Moment of Zen: Boats

Although I do sometimes get seasick on rough waters, I love being on a boat. I’ve always loved the water, whether I’m in it, near it, or floating above it.

I'm a all time «water man» loving to swim and sail on it too.
Was part of a swimming team and a water polo team in my 18-20 yo in college.

Also I liked to go on a lake or river with my canoe and enjoy peacefuly the nature.

But my all time dream was to go on a sailboat, naked, around the world.

Maybe some genes of my grand dad on the side of my father who was a sailor.
He was also a maritime enginer and did sail on St Lawrence river and on all of the Great Lakes too..

Dear Joe, If you want to go sailing within the borders of Vermont, where do you go or would you go? Lake Champlain? And does the lake get sufficiently rough to make you seasick? Have a good weekend, Roderick

I like the two first ones as they have nice curly hair which I always been jalous of them as mine are so «straight».
When I saw curly hair with my students, they made me jalous.

For the last sailor boy, I could have him as my «special cabin boy»....

Roderick, it would be Lake Champlain. A lot of people go sailing on the lake. I’ve only gone on a dinner cruise on the lake, and I did not get seasick. I think it does sometimes get pretty choppy, but it wasn’t the night I went on the dinner cruise.

My parents live on a lake and have a boat, so often we go on boat rides when I go home.
