One more huge milestone in a journey to becoming accepted. Next milestone, protected against discrimination. I'm happy for all men and women who have waited so long for this moment.
For sure, as Canadian, I'm very happy that USA is going forward in that HUMAN RIGHTS so fondamentale: LOVE is not only for STRAIGHT people.
Unfortunatly, I have a concern of HOW some extermist people in USA will react in the future? I have in mind, always, how much the black community STILL have to fight for their own RIGHTS in many States in USA... Hope that the Gay Marriage recognition will not have to REfight agaist those bigots.
So, HOPE is what gives this BIG step toward LGBT rights.

PS. I did use USA because I find USA people using the word «AMERICA and AMERICAN» a bit exagerated because Mexicans and Canadians are also «Americans»... ;-)
