My friend and I from Wednesday night did not repeat our “roll in the hay” again last night, and we won’t tonight. Maybe this weekend before he leaves town. We’ll see. Tonight, I am going to the HUMP Film Festival in Burlington. HUMP! is a festival of short erotic films made by real people for real people curated by Dan Savage. The filmmakers and stars make films to show hot and sexy, creative and kinky, ultimate turn-ons and craziest fantasies. Some of them can be a bit wild. I won tickets to it a few years ago, and some friends and I went and had a lot of fun, so we decided to go again this year.
The short films show a cornucopia of body types, shapes, ages, colors, sexualities, genders, kinks, and fetishes—all united by a shared spirit of sex-positivity. HUMP! can shock you. HUMP! can make you laugh. HUMP! can turn you on. HUMP! Film Festival “has been successfully disrupting the way America sees, makes, and shares porn since 2005.” Needless to say, it’s an interesting experience. There are showings all around the country. Well, Joe...I am a little behind in my reading/blogs...There is nothing wrong with consenting adults doing their thing...No shame in the game...Just do you...I have never been a 6 days a week sex person. I have never been much of a dater...Now mind you I like to be thrown on the mattress now and again but the last time...I have lost count...I once had a friend in the '90s that had so much sex he kept records...We went to get tested for HIV and one of the questions was how many sex partners have you had in the past month...My figure was easy to come to...His...Well, we had to break out a calculator and do the math...You would know as well as I do that Americans have this Victorian-era thing about sex stuck in their minds...Puritan like... But you and I know America loves sex just as much as the next country but they don't want to talk about it...Continue to have fun, be safe, and who knows you may find a keeper...A hook-up here and there can be fun...But, as I say to friends, I want to date a guy that I can go from A-Z with...There are no stopping points...He is not married-straight, crazy, gay, and has a husband/boyfriend...You know something that would stop us from going further if things progress...I don't want hindrance/obstacles...Have fun and be safe...Of course, stories are welcomed on the blog...
